If you’re feeling a little bit unstylish, don’t fret, we all go through it — even me, a self-proclaimed style expert. I’m going to walk you through the pieces I’ve added to my wardrobe to help make your fall outfit instantly stylish. It’s not that hard, go ahead and scroll below for the style tips!
Add a long coat to any outfit
Long coats are especially sophisticated which is why I love them. They give an element of chic and cool all at the same time. Think about it, even if you’re wearing sweats with a long coat add a pair of sunglasses, you are winning!
Add a wool hat
Not everyone is into a wool hat, but they should be! I’m referring to the broad-brimmed hats made of coarse wool felt (think Carmen Sandiego!) I love them because they transform a basic outfit by making it look like you know what you’re doing in terms of style.
Go vintage
A sure-fire way to make any outfit instantly stylish is to go vintage. Vintage pieces are unique, edgy, and sustainable! I’ve been way more focused on sustainability and how I can be better to our earth, buying used vintage pieces is one route.
