Style Tips You Need to Know for the Office Holiday Party

Office holiday parties are a great time to let loose around the people you spend most of your days with. But let’s be real… beside your behavior the other thing you can’t let loose on?  Your attire.I know you want to wear that super cute mini-skirt or that deep V black dress, just don’t. I’ve seen some shit go down at the office holiday party, and then those same people barely make eye contact with anyone the next day. As much as you want to throw down some drinks and jump on the bar at the office holiday party (or is that just me?!) it’s best to keep your behavior in check, and your outfit professional.

Here are some fun, professional style tips to keep in mind for your upcoming shindig.

Stand out in sequins

Sequins are the epitome of holiday wear! When else are you going to come through dripping in shimmer?! I love me a sequin pencil skirt or skinny pants, paired with a blouse and blazer for the perfect amount of sassy while keeping it work appropriate.

Sprinkle in leopard or animal print

Keep your outfit business casual with a pair of leopard print pants, a skirt or even a dress!

Over-accessorize

Sequins and animal patterns aren’t your thing? No problem. Try wearing your usual office attire and then overloading on gold accessories. Normally, I’d go with “less is more,”but it’s the holidays--the season of all things sparkly! Hello!

LBD

When all else fails, slip on your go-to little black dress (not that little though, lol). Pair your LBD with pearls and a red lip for an all-time classic holiday look!

Have you guys tried any of the above tips? What’s your holiday outfit advice for the professional woman?
